The 48th Edition is current to Ontario Gazette Vol. 158:17 (April 26, 2025). The Table of Concordance of Business Corporations Acts is updated and current to October 31, 2024. Copies of forms under the various statutes that were included in previous editions, including forms under the OBCA, have been removed and replaced with a list of forms under the relevant statute and where such forms can be accessed and/or downloaded online.
The publication is a useful reference for all who study or have a special interest in this area of law. This consolidation reproduces only the official English language version of the legislation.
