Refund policy

ONLINE PURCHASES:

14 days from Purchased Date on New Books. There is a restocking fee of 15% for new items that have been fulfilled, shipped, in transit, or has been picked up. (Excludes shipping costs)

Used, Custom, and Special Priced Books are FINAL SALE. Access codes are FINAL SALE.

Orders that are not picked up within 7 days from purchase date (or for pre-orders: 7 days from ready for pick up notification) will be subjected to the restocking fee of 15%.

CANCELLING AN ORDER: subjected to 5% Cancellation Fee per item for unfulfilled and/or not shipped.

All returns must be pre-authorized by SCORPIO BOOKSTORE within the 14 days. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Item(s) must be in same condition when received and securely packaged with a valid tracking number. New items with signs of wear/use will be refused.

Please email us with your reason and provide the original invoice or receipt number.
