This book offers seventeen knitting and needlepoint designs by Kaffe Fassett inspired by the treasures of the Victoria and Albert Museum. Readers are urged to develop their own colour sense and experiment with different combinations. Some the themes and motifs explored are stars, diamonds, stripes, flowers and fauna and the varied forms they take in decorative arts of different cultures and there are 17 original designs by Kaffe Fassett complete with instructions and charts, some which are available as kits.
